It was sheer passion towards the food industry which made an IIM-Lucknow business professional, with an engineering degree in food technology to give up his NRI status, boastful salary in US dollars and a swanky lifestyle. His entrepreneur journey started in 2011 when he moved back to India to live this dream.

Mr. Hitesh Tripathi is a technocrat with vast experience in food industry. He started his career with a very modest salary at Biocon handling technical sales for North India. He later joined ITC Ltd. at the position of Manufacturing Executive. He was handling project and plant operations both at this profile, he was actively involved in commissioning of ITC's Aashirvaad atta plants at different locations. He was also a core member in SAP implementation team. Later, he joined OLAM International Singapore as Factory Head. He was solely handling a portfolio of 25million USD annually. It was world's largest manual Cashew Processing Plant in Tanzania with 8500 workers. It was a 100% export oriented unit catering to the markets of Europe and USA.

He has been a leading member of the team which is responsible for setting up and execution of projects such as Santi Sweets fit Bake, Angul, Odisha; Brown Bunch, Jamshedpur; Bake Brown, Gorakhpur; Nice Bake House, New Delhi etc. His expertise is in material planning, process standardization on shop floor and inventory management. Also, he has knowledge of AutoCAD and graphic designing.
